Terms & Conditions — 777abc Platform Rules

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any paid feature of the Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. 777abc strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must notify 777abc promptly of any changes to your registration details. Accounts created using false or misleading information may be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if accuracy cannot be established.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777abc will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777abc currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is ৳300. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players may set personal deposit limits via their account settings at any time. Deposit limits set for responsible gaming purposes may not be increased immediately — a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours applies to any request to raise a previously imposed limit.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. We may request a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was claimed.
• 777abc reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of an internal review if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

3.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are held and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 777abc does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 777abc. A bet is only confirmed once a unique confirmation reference has been issued by the Platform. In the event of a technical error, communications failure, or system malfunction occurring after a bet is placed but before it is fully confirmed, 777abc reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.

5.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that a game, odds display, or payout is offered as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, erroneous payout multipliers, or game software malfunctions — 777abc reserves the right to void any bets placed under those erroneous conditions and to recover any funds paid out in error, including by deducting from the Player's current account balance.

5.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the individual market rules published on the respective sports pages of the Platform. Match result disputes will be resolved based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL governing committee, etc.). Settlement times may vary; in-play markets are settled within 24 hours of the event conclusion.

5.4 Responsible Gambling During Play

Players are encouraged to set session limits, bet limits, and loss limits before commencing play. These tools are accessible from the account settings menu. If at any point you feel that gambling is adversely affecting your financial wellbeing or mental health, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team immediately. 7.1 Platform Availability

777abc does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary service unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, third-party game provider outages, or force majeure events.

7.2 Gambling Losses

777abc is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by a Player in the course of using the Platform. Gambling is inherently a risk-bearing activity. All Players accept that losses are a possible outcome of participation. 777abc's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim, except where liability cannot be excluded at law.

7.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are subject to those studios' own software terms and RTP configurations. While 777abc selects providers based on quality and certification standards, we cannot accept liability for game software defects, errors, or unexpected outcomes originating within third-party systems.

9.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have with respect to your data. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

9.2 Data Retention for Compliance

Even after account closure, 777abc may retain certain personal data and transaction records for a period required by applicable law or for the purposes of fraud prevention, AML compliance, and dispute resolution. Retained data is stored securely and is not used for marketing purposes once the account is closed.
